About us

Alova was born from a problem no one talks about

Millions of women live with a weak pelvic floor. Almost all of them have heard “do your Kegels.” Almost none can keep the routine going for more than two weeks.

The problem isn’t a lack of willpower

Pelvic floor exercise works — the research is clear about that. What almost never works is doing it alone, in the dark, without knowing if you’re squeezing the right muscle and with no sign of progress. Without feedback, the brain has no reason to keep going. And the routine is abandoned in the first week.

That’s where Alova began. Not with the question “how do you strengthen the pelvic floor,” but with a much harder one: how do you keep someone from giving up.

What we built

AlovaPulse is a clinically designed pelvic floor activator, made to fit into real life. Medical-grade silicone, IPX7 waterproof rating, whisper-quiet operation below 40 dB and sessions short enough that you’ll actually do them, every day.

What we believe

Discretion isn’t shame — it’s respect

Every order ships in plain packaging, with no brand and no description of the contents. The charge on your card is discreet too. You decide who to talk to about it, and when.

Honesty beats hype

We don’t promise miracles and we don’t pretend to be medicine. AlovaPulse is a wellness product, not a medical device, and it doesn’t replace advice from a healthcare professional. Results depend on consistency and vary from person to person — and we’d rather say that before you buy, not after.

If it’s not for you, we’ll make it right

You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Opened intimate products don’t need to come back: we sort it out with no embarrassment and no red tape.

How we operate

Alova is a 100% online business, with our own support team and shipping to all 50 states. We sell exclusively through our official website, byalova.com — we have no physical store and don’t sell on marketplaces. Products listed elsewhere are not covered by our guarantee.
